CENTRAL CITY LIBRARY ECOROOF | Portland OR

This 7,188 square foot green roof was designed as an educational exhibit and is toured regularly by the people of Portland. The Central Library green roof was designed by using a tray system by Columbia Green Technologies. An efficient, weather smart irrigation system was installed and a palette of drought tolerant sedums, grasses, and other perennials, were used to create coloful meandering patterns that changed with the seasons.
