Sellwood Center is located in the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland Oregon and offers 110 apartments. We worked closely with the residents on this large outdoor renovation. The backyard includes community gardens, a custom barbecue, and patio with ample seating. The front entryway was completely redesigned with terraced concrete planters adjacent to the community room patio.
