TRANQUIL RESIDENCE | Portland OR

The client of this beautiful West Hills residence was in search of renovating their home to add an ADU and pool. DELA worked with Propel Studio to place an ADU within an existing Douglas Fir forest. The landscape was fully regraded to provide a deck and firepit patio adjacent to the ADU where it previously did not exist. The design also includes a hot tub and pool, wood boardwalk adjacent to a raingarden, firepit patio adjacent to the ADU, wrap around deck at the ADU and a two tiered deck with stadium seat/stairs at the main house.
