COUNCIL CREST BOCCE COURT

The existing concrete patio on the lower terrace featured an out-dated reflecting pool in the center of the patio. The pool created negative space on the patio, making the patio practically unusable.

We worked closely with the client on a design that would not only create a usable space, but to allow for multiple uses. The bocce ball court allowed for entertaining guests during the day and will pair nicely with the wine cellar on the upper terrace. And for the night hours, we designed a custom fire pit combined with a wood storage and dark walnut counter tops. We went with an irregular pattern natural bluestone patio to replace the existing cold concrete.
