BROADLEAF ARBOR | St. Helens OR

This project sits on 15 acres in St. Helens Oregon and is comprised of an Oak Prairie Wetland on the east side of the site that has been preserved and enhanced. The edge of the wetland features a trail along with an outdoor event space nestled into the oak forest edge. Throughout the site, are community areas to serve each of the three community zones throughout the site. Each of the community zones offers ample courtyard space which includes a playground, bocce court, outdoor fireplace patio with custom barbecue and a community garden. The site is planted with pockets of food forests throughout the site and the remainder of the site is planted with a native plant palette conducive to the micoclimate of St. Helens.
