DELA is proud to be a part of this amazing affordable housing project which include 99 units near downtown Troutdale OR. The project is scheduled for construction to begin sometime in the spring of 2023 and has just a few more hurdles to jump with City Planners to be approved. The housing development is designed on a very challenging site with alot of sloped areas and challenging grading solutions are a part of the design as a result.

There are two community courtyards which offer the future residents recreational amenities to enjoy nature and gather. The lower courtyard adjacent to the Community Room includes a covered bbq area with ADA tables, a wrap around large format paver porch for relaxing, an incredible play area with a sensory dome play structure, The upper coutyard is completely surrounded by buildings and offers pathways through lush gardens, a large lawn for relaxing, two patios for sitting and enjoying nature.

There is also a multi-tiered trail which leads through the site, crossing through nodal courtyards and a community garden via staircases and ramps offering both passive and active recreational opportunities while an oak savannah offering a naturalized between the development and the busy NW 257th Avenue.
