As part of a campus renovation project, a Community Center was added to the central recreational space in hopes of bringing residents together in this sizable affordable housing development. The community center landscape includes a large playground, central plaza with tables, a covered barbecue, and substantial oak trees surrounding the playground for eventual shade.
