As part of a renovation project, DELA was hired to provide outdoor amenities adjacent to a new Community Room. Amenities include a courtyard with two levels, board formed raised planter, paver patio, built in hardwood benches, hardwood tables with umbrellas. A community garden was included adjacent to the community courtyard which include twelve raised planter boxes. Nearby a nature inspired playground was designed and installed which includes a log stack, tire swing and treehouse.
