BRICK PARADISE RESIDENCE

This historic re-design of an existing courtyard and entry for this historic Colonial Revival home in the SW hills included expanding the amount of usable space within the courtyard to allow for private outdoor lounging and dining.

A historic clay brick was used for the courtyard walls and patio to compliment the existing brick on the home and to create a sense of nostalgia for the early 1900′s. A custom designed iron gate allows access to and from the front of the property. A formal water wall fountain was designed as the focal point within the courtyard, creating a sense of tranquility with the subtle sounds of falling water.
